WHAT ARE YOUR REFERENCES Each time I see the work of a researcher, I observe that at the end of the work is a section dedicated to bibliography or what we would call references. Every good research work (which will be a reference point for upcoming researchers must have quality references.) These references are the materials consulted in the course of the research, books, articles, maps, charts, graphs etal. The mind works in a similar way. If you want to become a reference point, you must watch your references. What materials do you consciously or unconsciously put into your mind? What movies do you watch, what audios do you listen to, what novels or books do you allow into the garden of your mind. Do you allow weeds into the garden of your mind or do you plantfruit bearing trees. Who are your friends? What company do you keep? Remember, the company you keep determines what accompanies you. If you want to become a reference point, you must choose good references. Chew on th

ANY CURE TO A LEAN PURSE? (PART ONE) Musa needed to seize a very timely opportunity, he dipped his hands into the recesses of his pockets and Ooopppsss...No money. that six letter word. Money. The opportunity was also gone. So what could be the reason? Two weeks ago, Musa had collected his monthly salary and went on a spending spree. To the club house,  buying the most expensive of wines, he stuffed his wardrobe with the most expensive of clothes and now, he was looking forward to another pay day where he will be able to off set the debts already accruing. Musa paid everyone, he paid the club house, he paid the boutique and all others but he never paid himself. He forgot to pay himself first even though he gratified his desires- which in any case will never cease. Desires are like weeds in the field of the mind. If nurtured, they will grow non-stop. Even the wealthy cannot gratify every of their so called desires. They have limits to their time. Limits to their strength. Limits

Many thoughts running through your mind like that of the horses competing for a race, you are thinking how come am still where I am now, how come I wasn't able to achieve a lot till this moment, how come I am not where I wanted to be, how come I didn't get to do that which I wanted to do, that which I very much desire to have gained or enjoyed🤔. A reflection of depression that makes you think you are in state of regression. For the soul is weeping but the body is leaping. A state of pretense when all are getting intense.  But wait, pause, hold on, and prorogate, for you have that which many are striving to have and that is LIFE, *for life gives you hope and makes you hope that your hope is going to become hope to those that don't have hope.* It brings out the true beauty of color and tailor your horror into becoming an honor. One thing you have to do is to be grateful for it, and you have to be intentional about it. For many might not see the essence of being gr

FROM YOUR BREAKDOWN TO YOUR BREAKTHROUGH (PART TWO) I am thinking about the Bible character, David. Did you know that shortly before David became king of Israel, his family was stolen from him, and the people who had faithfully followed him were talking about stoning him? He was at the bottom rung of his life. He had to endure hard throes of pains. However, prior to his becoming king, (1 Samuel 30 v 6) reports that David strengthened himself in the Lord. As a result, David was able to regain the support of his men so that they could chase the enemy and recover all that had been stolen from them. In the next chapter of David's life, he became king. You may be discouraged right now, but in the next chapter of your life, you will see the vision. So don't give up. Don't surrender. Don't accept anything less than total victory because you are closer than you think. When a baby is about to be delivered, the awaiting mother experiences serious pain. First, second, third
