The story is told of a wise old man who had answers to knotty questions and solutions to life issues. One day, a young man came asking the question, "How do I get success in a definite manner; How do I get success badly?"

The old man did not say anything. The young man came every day for the next four months but the old man did not so much as utter a word. On the fifth month, the old man took the young man into a nearby river and dipped the young man into the waters while covering the young man's nostrils with his hands. Just as the young man was gasping for breath, the old man brought him up.


The young man was furious as they left the river. He angrily asked the old man, "What was that for!" The old man simply smiled and said, "When I put you under the river, what did you want most?" The young man said, "My breath of course...what else?"

The moment you want success just like you wanted breath. The moment you want it more than anything else is the moment you get success. The moment you want success like nothing else matters, the moment you show it in your consistency and dedication is the moment you get success. The moment you want success like it is your all-consuming passion is the moment you get success.



Never give up. So even if you may not be seeing the exact results now, keep working hard, keep working night and day, till it becomes an all-consuming passion. Remember that in the race between the stream and the rock, the stream wins not because of strength but because of persistence.

Cross examination is a delicate act and art that requires mastery of the intricacies therein and understanding of the subtle nuances of human nature.  THE EAGLE'S NEST The eagles nest is a sight to behold; It weighs more than two tonnes and in fact, it can support two grown men. You do not find this kind of nest anywhere else. It is usually found in the most remote and unattainable spot the bird can find and then it will be perched very high in the mountains or on some sheer cliff or a very high tree. Due to the massive size of this nest and the fact that each and every stick and materials like timber from construction sites, discarded clothing, paper, fresh stick, grass and leaves  to prevent the nest from getting dirty  has to be carried to this remote building by the eagle, you will easily agree that the nest building will be a huge task for the eagle. The eagle, however, is not intimidated or overwhelmed by the sheer intensity of this task. The experiment is this: Try taking a container and put in it, carefully selected big stones. Make sure that the stones are big and put them at the bottom of the container. Now place on top of the container stones of smaller sizes. By now you would have a container with small stones on top and big stones underneath. The next thing is that you shake the container. What would you find? You would find that the smaller stones wuld find their way to the bottom while bigger stones will find their way to the top. The big stones signifies people who have built capacity in areas such as physically, mentally, spiritually, socially etc. but due to the vicissitudes of life find themselves down.
